Living life in portfolio means understanding what your passions and strengths are. You must be sure you have done Strengths Finder 2.0 online to confirm your strengths.
1. List your passion below of what ignites your heart and you are most passionate about.
2. What things wreck you and upset you and make you want to fight for them? Why?
3. Of the list of passions you have above, what passions have you dated and investigated to see if they last long term? Which one would you want to marry long term and which one would you want to have as side passions that still express yourself?
4. If you release yourself of the idea of being just “one thing” what other supportive roles might you act on that can express a great part of you but not all of you?
5. If your portfolio of your life was divided into five passions what would they be?
6. How much time daily, weekly, monthly will each passion require? List the time next to each passion. example: I wanted to Dj at events. It took me learning to DJ and then after I played to 3,000 people I was done with that passion. Other things like mentoring grew with time and is one of my biggest passions.
7. You might have five things but largely great at one specific. However, some of your passions might pay revenue, others not. Which of your passions make money and which ones have significant impact?
My hope is that your realize you are probably and entrepreneur at heart with multiple ideas and passions. The goal is to know your strengths and know how to operate and use them wisely with the limited time you have on earth. Make sure to prioritize your passions and know the order you use them and how much. Your filter is to understand who you are, what you do and how you do it. True leaders and effective entrepreneurs don’t waste time and they don’t fill spots that don’t have their name on them.
